DAILY ROUTINE

1. READ the board and follow instructions.

2. Hand in your homework into the homework basket when you FIRST arrive to class each day. Homework is always due at the BEGINNING of the hour.

3. Record the date and the aim of the day in your binder. This is your objective for the day. Continue your class notes underneath the aim.

4. Complete the daily task problems and hand in when you are finished. (This is a timed assignment, usually the first 15 minutes of class.)

5. Record journal writing assignment in your journal with the date. Journal reflections are always due on the following day. Complete your answer at home and hand in your journal each day with your homework.

6. Take complete notes in your binder using outline formats and abbreviations.

7. Be an active participant in class. Ask questions if you do not understand something. Don’t get lost. I’m here to help.

8. Homework is assigned each day. Record homework assignments in your student planners. Make sure that you know what you are supposed to do before you leave. If you do not know, ASK!
